For those seeking a moment of calm, find quietude in an additional mezzanine living area. Adorned in soothing tones and finished with pops of potted greenery, it features a two-seater sofa and a Kozelka and Kropacek armchair in green velvet, as well as a Smart TV. For further enthralment, head to the ground floor to uncover a regal cinema room in shades of blue, where a Smart TV, cosy seating selection, pool table, and air hockey offer hours of entertainment.

Eating and dining

Enter a world of luxurious oceanside living in Solace's divine kitchen and dining space. Thoughtfully curated in every detail, the kitchen presents a beautiful space for culinary craft with bespoke wood cabinetry and generous worktop space. Sleek and contemporary with smooth lines and curated design, it features a floating kitchen island and peninsula, complemented by oak bar stools. All the accoutrements you could need are carefully integrated, such as a Sage Nespresso coffee machine, two full-size fridges and freezers, and two dishwashers to make group living a dream.

Providing additional space for the chefs of your party, an additional oven and hob can be found in a second kitchen on the lower level, as well as a fridge for artisan holiday treats. Complementing the ensemble is a laundry room for utmost comfort and convenience.

Making the most of the otherworldly views, the dining room takes pride of place between the living and kitchen spaces. Promising delicious moments together from leisurely brunches to dinners lit by candles and stars, it features a ten-seater table with space for everyone. For aperitifs with an alfresco twist, open the French doors to find the terrace where a choice of outdoor seating awaits and an infinity pool flows into the blue horizon.

Sleeping and bathing

Solace is home to six beautiful bedrooms, each promising the sweetest repose.

Solace's master bedroom is a dream come true with spectacular coastalscapes. A restful sanctuary with soothing tones and walls adorned in nautical artwork, it resets body and mind with sumptuous comforts at every turn. The focal point of the room, a king-size four-poster bed calls for serene slumbers, topped in the softest linens. For moments lost in a tableau of the tides, a two-seater sofa resides beside an ocean-view window, while an armchair rests on an adjoining balcony for slow morning moments. This bedroom is complete with its own dressing room and ensuite with twin sinks, a freestanding bath, and a walk-in shower.

The charming second bedroom enjoys verdant vistas of the sun-dappled grounds, setting a bucolic backdrop for lingering lie-ins. Tempting with tranquillity, it features an irresistibly cosy king-size bed enswathed in cloud-soft throws and pillows. An armchair proposes moments to recline and a door to the balcony welcomes birdsong and breezes on balmy days. An adjoining bathroom beckons for self-care rituals with a freestanding bath and shower.

A picture of serenity Solace's third bedroom also enjoys a beautiful outlook over the greenery-swathed garden. A double bed encourages early nights and slow mornings, while a glass door to the decked balcony offers the best of indoor-outdoor living.

Upstairs, the fourth bedroom is equally inviting and imbues calm with soft hues and ocean views. A king-size bed is complemented by an elegant ottoman and a rattan-accented armchair. Open the balcony door to stargaze on magical nights and watch as the light glimmers on the sea below. For utmost privacy and comfort, this bedroom enjoys an ensuite with a bath and shower.

Enter a realm of bedtime bliss in the fifth bedroom, where a king-size bed awaits draped in the highest quality linens. Settle into the armchair to embrace slow moments and find a fitted wardrobe to stow treasured belongings. Completing this room is an ensuite with a freestanding bath and a shower. Finally, a sixth bedroom nestles in a peaceful position and lures for relaxation with a sumptuous double bed and woven wicker armchair.

Solace also benefits from two additional bathrooms found on the ground and lower ground floors, each tastefully styled and home to a walk-in shower.

Outdoor Space

Flee reality with moments lost to Solace's clifftop romance, where exquisite outdoor spaces seamlessly blend with the environment and reveal the most mesmeric oceanscapes imaginable. Set on the cliffs above Sandy Bay and Combe Martin in North Devon, its union with nature and captivating clifftop setting make for a heavenly homestay, where sun-kissed hours are best enjoyed from the terrace with a drink in hand. Head outside to uncover spellbinding scenes, from luxuriating on one of the poolside loungers to gathering around the outdoor table and chairs. For alfresco feasts, a Green Egg barbeque entices for flame-grilled delights with local produce, served with a beautiful backdrop. Parking

There is parking for up to five cars at Solace.

Babies and children

Children and one babe-in-arms are welcome at Solace. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request. We kindly ask that children are supervised at all times around the stairs as there are no stair gates provided at Solace.

Dogs

Two dogs are most welcome at Solace. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.

Especially enchanting, Broadsands Beach rests half a mile away, framed by leafy cliffs and lapped by turquoise sea.
