We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Eadric House:

A remarkable find, Eadric House is a real gem and was absolutely perfect for our extended family get together. Everything we needed for a fantastic week was provided, we made good use of the lovely pool, sauna and games rooms and we loved the beautiful furnishings and personal touches throughout… We enjoyed exploring the gardens and finding endless nooks and snugs both inside and out. Finally as an extra bonus, Canonteign waterfalls are almost at the gatepost! We all have wonderful and very happy memories of our stay.

'We were totally delighted with our stay at Eadric House. It was just perfect, meeting all our needs and it is a VERY special property. The house is beautifully designed, furnished with immaculate gardens. The playrooms and pool are invaluable and greatly used. The kitchen is well equipped and spacious with extensive outdoor seating for all. I cannot think of any possible improvements and the owners are delightful, helpful, and accessible. Everywhere was fully prepared and clean on arrival and the cleaners arrived promptly as we departed. Eadric House must be your premier property.' - August 2019

'Fantastic holiday - the pool and games room were amazing and enjoyed by all! Everything we needed was here and we hope to be back soon. Thank you.' - August 2018

'I stayed over Easter weekend with my siblings, my mother and large numbers of assorted children between 3 and 22. We had a chef in each evening and for Easter lunch who was great .

It was all in all excellent, the property is beautifully located, immaculately clean and has every facility we needed. The children swam in the warm pool, played in the tree house, and played in the play barn. The adults took long walks to the pubs , swam and made cocktails. It was wonderfully quiet and peaceful and so cosy with all the woodbyrners. We will be back ...' - March 2018
