Uncover touches of luxury in every corner of our delightful Devonshire dwelling, a beautiful, converted barn on the outskirts of Kentisbeare. With three bedrooms, a welcoming living space and a sleek kitchen/diner, there's plenty of space to relax and unwind at The Wool Shed, whatever the season. At the heart of the living room, you will find a wood burner for cosy evenings in, whilst a Mediterranean inspired terraced garden promises magical alfresco moments in the warmer months. Savour sunset tipples besides the fire pit and midnight soaks in the bubbling hot tub, reposing in true Boutique style. Beyond the walls of your retreat, enjoy the tranquil haven of private walking trails and lakes, the perfect setting for strolls at sunrise and late afternoon picnics. The Wool Shed is a short drive from the Blackdown Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and Exmoor National Park for those looking to explore the great outdoors. For little ones, Diggerland and Crealy Theme Park are only a short drive away, whilst the seaside town of Sidmouth is only a short drive away, with a beautiful beach, gorgeous gardens and mouth-watering eateries.

Living

Step into the homely open plan living space, with breath-taking countryside views from the large pentagonal window. Relax and reset besides the Charnwood wood burning stove during the colder months. Settle in front of the Samsung Frame Smart TV for cosy moments watching your favourite box set. There's plenty of seating too, whether you're warming your toes by the fire from one of the striking red armchairs, gazing at grazing sheep from the vast window seat or curling up with your latest page turner on the dusky pink sofa. You will also find a Roberts radio, plus a selection of books, board games and children's colouring packs for endless entertainment.

Eating and dining

Enjoy idyllic countryside vistas from the bright and airy kitchen, with tall, vaulted ceilings. Sleek green cupboards, Carrara Quarts worktops and beautiful brass detailing ooze luxury, offering the perfect setting for creating culinary masterpieces. The kitchen is fully equipped with an integrated fridge, freezer and dishwasher, an induction hob, oven, toaster, kettle and microwave. A washer/dryer can be found in the utility room. For morning pick-me-ups, you will also find a Nespresso Vertuo coffee machine. At the centre of the room, there is a dining table for six in sleek charcoal tones and soft suede chairs in rich chocolate shades.

Sleeping and bathing

The master bedroom is dressed in soft blue shades, with a vaulted ceiling and a super king zip-and-link bed taking centre stage. For flexible sleeping arrangements, this bed can also be set as twins. You'll find plenty of space for storing your belongings, with an open wardrobe and hanging space, plus there's a sweet dressing table with a quirky mirror for pampering moments. Adjoining the bedroom is the beautifully tiled bathroom in folk-art designed patterns, complete with a smartly tucked away bath and ceiling mounted shower.

The second bedroom is simply a dream in calming neutral shades, with touches of sage green and a sweet Aztec headboard above the super king zip-and-link bed, which can also be set as twins. At the foot of the bed, you will find a rustic dressing table, which also makes for a fantastic desk space should you need to catch up on an email or two during your stay. There is an open wardrobe with space for hanging your belongings too. The second bedroom's shower room can be found in the hallway, with gorgeous brass detailing and pretty pink units.

A zip-and-link king size bed can be found in the third bedroom, dressed in soft earthy tones. An open wardrobe and dressing table are marvellously tucked away in a cute alcove, whilst an antique dresser sits before the blissful bed to store your belongings. Open the sliding barn door to reveal a stunning ensuite shower room, with a sage green sink, brass detailing, and a large rainfall shower.

Outside space

Step outside to reveal a Mediterranean inspired tiered terrace. A dining table for four resides on the upper terrace, bedecked with festoon lighting and a perfectly positioned fire pit to keep warm post sun-down, with an additional slate table for six situated before the large patio doors. Alfresco dining is a dream at The Wool Shed, with an outdoor kitchen consisting of an Ooni pizza oven and a Morso gas barbeque for freshly grilled delights. Take a dip in the bubbling hot tub and soak up the peace and quiet of The Wool Shed's scenic location, listening to the gentle murmur of the tub and occasional bleat of the nearby sheep. There's a copper outdoor shower for pre and post hot tub immersions and for rinsing muddy paws. You will also find two comfortable lounge chairs on the tiered patio to savour morning coffees in the open air. Beyond the terrace, enjoy access to private walking trails and lakes, perfect for early morning walks and peaceful picnics in verdant paradise.
