Residing on a small island beside Beaumont Lake close to the village of Dorchester, you're only a short drive away from the Jurassic coastline and the magnificent landscapes of Dorset's AONB.
Lower occupancy discount
A special lower occupancy rate applies outside of school holidays, peak weeks, bank holidays, Christmas and New Year.
Option one offers a 10% discount for parties of 6 guests or less. At this rate, bedrooms one, two and three will be available for you.
Option two offers a 20% discount for parties of 4 guests or less and bedrooms one and two house will be made available to you.

Living and eating
The first of the gorgeous living spaces at The Greenhouse is an aesthetic dream, exquisitely open plan with statement lighting and a sumptuous palette of soft tones promising a luxurious space to exist together. Large sliding doors oversee waterside vistas, whilst an enchanting wood burning stove rests in the centre for those wintry evenings spent cosying up indoors. Lounge in style on the forest green linen Loaf sofa, complete with a footstool. You'll also find a set of rattan chairs with a coordinating table, a mid-century sideboard by Swoon, and a pair of cane occasional armchairs - a heavenly spot to reside with a glass in hand whilst the Sonos player whispers your favourite musical artists.
Dividing the main living area from the kitchen, the farmhouse style dining table for ten is the perfect place to settle for casual lunches and opulent evening meals.
At the opposite end of the space rests the sleek kitchen in olive green tones, featuring an island breakfast bar with steel grey Tolix bar stools. Everything you'll require for whipping up delectable delights can be found here, including a double oven, a dishwasher, a cafetiere, and a fridge freezer with an ice dispenser.
Uncover the cosy cinema room on the ground floor, beautifully styled with a sumptuous green velvet corner sofa, a taupe-toned armchair, jute footstools, rattan storage boxes with DVD's for all ages, and chic marble and rattan side-tables to rest your popcorn when watching films on the ultra-TV.
On the top floor, you'll find an additional snug with a luxe, green tweed sofa and Smart TV. Here you'll find endless toys, games, books and even a doll's house, ensuring the dreamiest playroom for little ones.
Overlooking the water, The Greenhouse has an amazing yoga room, complete with mirrors, exercise mats, and an occasional chair with table.
You'll also find a washing machine and tumble dryer in the ample utility room with racks and rails for drying.
Sleeping and bathing
Discover five dreamy bedrooms at The Greenhouse, each promising a soothing escape from reality.
The master bedroom lies on the first floor, where heavenly slumbers await amidst pretty floral textiles and stylish natural accessories. You'll find a sumptuous Loaf super king-sized bed with a linen forest green headboard, a bohemian rattan double wardrobe, a cream boucle occasional chair, a walnut chest of drawers, and two bedside tables also in a dark walnut wood. Open the sliding double doors to savour peaceful country vistas on the balcony - a divine spot for your early morning latte.
Just next door, you'll find the en suite in contemporary black and white tones, complete with an opulent freestanding bathtub and spacious walk-in shower.
With an equally stunning balcony space, the second bedroom continues the soft, neutral hues enjoyed throughout The Greenhouse. You'll find a rattan king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a vintage black dressing table with a stool.
The third twin bedroom with two single beds is perfectly designed for the little ones, dressed in pretty polka dots and mustard yellow accessories. You'll also find a double chest of drawers and two wooden bedside tables.
A family bathroom with quirky monochrome tiling and gold accents can also be found on the first floor, with a freestanding bathtub and twin sinks.
On the top floor, you'll find bright and airy bedroom four with a vaulted ceiling and Velux window. Effortlessly serene with a gorgeous Persian rug and minimalist yet luxury décor, this darling boudoir has a king-sized bed, two bedside tables, a bench, black metal chest of drawers, dressing table with a matching rattan chair, and hanging hooks for storing your belongings.
The final twin bedroom with green interior details resides next door, with charming abstract prints complementing a super-soft neutral rug. Two single beds with black iron frames await, along with a dressing table, chair, sheepskin beanbag and two contemporary chests of drawers.
Next door lies a spacious shower room with dove-grey marbled honeycomb tiling, shelving and a large shower.
All beds are topped with cloud-soft Loaf mattresses and dressed in white linens of the highest quality.
Outside space
With dreamy lakeside vistas, the garden space is a wonderful spot to reside. A Neptune dining table for ten is a delight when dining alfresco at golden hour, whilst two large sofas reside for post-dinner tipples served from the outdoor drinks trolley. Additionally, there are two deckchairs for unwinding on sun-kissed afternoons, as well as an outdoor shower for hot showers. Across the water awaits another jetty for when you wish to enjoy blissful countryside scenery from the other side.
Setting
The Greenhouse is settled within Silverlake Dorset, a small, gated modern country estate of design-led retreats in over 500 acres of private nature reserve. As a guest, you will have access to the estate's luxury offering, including a heated outdoor pool, a sauna, a bar and café with a pizza oven, a gym, an adventure playground with a zip wire, a spa with an array of holistic treatments, a tennis court and MUGA, and a man-made beach overlooking Beaumont Lake. Bikes and paddleboards can be hired from the on-site Activity Hub.
Please note, The Greenhouse resides within a newly developed complex of luxury properties. Some properties in the vicinity are under development and building works may be taking place during your stay.
Parking
There is off-road, private parking available for three cars. There is also an electric car charging point on the estate.
Babies and children
Babies and children are most welcome at The Greenhouse. A travel cot, highchair and an assortment of crockery for little ones are provided.

Nestled on the border of the historic market town of Dorchester, The Greenhouse is wonderfully positioned for uncovering the endless chocolate-box villages laced throughout Dorset's idyllic countryside such as Abbotsbury, a pretty civil parish settled in Dorset's AONB. In the eclectic town of Dorchester, the birthplace of poet Thomas Hardy, you'll find a vast range of independent restaurants including The Square Bistro, whilst New Street Bakery promises sugar-topped pastries and artisan bread. Close by, you'll find the modern village of Poundbury, brimming with boutique stores, quirky coffee shops, and delicious eateries such as The Poet Laureate, a gorgeously red-bricked pub with a welcoming fireplace, and The Duchess of Cornwall Inn, where you can savour their delectable menu as you enjoy beautiful period artwork and classic country interiors. If you're willing to travel a little further, The Pig on the Beach, a magnificent country house in Studland offers a heavenly dining experience curated from their own kitchen garden and Dorset's finest local produce, served in a rustic conservatory restaurant overlooking perfectly manicured lawns. For the seekers of coastal magic, discover breath-taking scenery and sun-soaked days at both Lulworth cove and the infamous Durdle Door, each less than half an hour away by car. Slightly further west along the Jurassic Coast awaits Chesil Beach, another dreamy spot within Dorset's AONB.
