Two armchairs in rouged hues sit opposite a comfortable linen sofa, creating a soothing setting to relax. Spend evenings fireside, basking in the glow of the Morso wood-burning stove as you watch your favourite films and series on the Smart TV. To enhance your viewing experience, you'll find built-in speakers throughout the ground floor and in the second and third bedrooms, allowing your favourite playlists to flow effortlessly from room to room.

Spend evenings fireside in the snug, where a Morso wood burner and large corner sofa create the perfect setting for cosy nights in, curled up in front of the Smart TV. Should you need to catch up on emails, escape to the study, where a bespoke desk and ample storage cater to all your workcation needs.

Underfloor heating throughout ensures year-round comfort, while electric, built-in blinds on both floors promise privacy, shade and seclusion.

Eating and dining

The expansive kitchen and dining space sets the scene for leisurely gatherings and memorable dining experiences. At the far side of the room sits a contemporary kitchen complete with a breakfast bar, where large windows allow natural light to pour in. Thoughtfully appointed for effortless entertaining, it features an induction hob, two electric ovens, plate-warming drawers, a microwave, dishwasher, and a built-in fridge and freezer. A washing machine and tumble dryer are tucked away in the pantry, complemented by a Quooker hot tap, and integrated bean-to-cup coffee machine, so every morning can begin with barista-quality beverages.

A rustic dining table comfortably seats eight, positioned beside large sliding doors that invite the outside in during the warmer months. Gather for celebratory feasts as the evening unfolds over exceptional food and shared conversation.

Sleeping and bathing

There are four ensuite bedrooms at Prosper, all of which are located on the first floor.

The master bedroom beckons with a sumptuous super king-size bed, framed by a statement headboard in deep forest hues that perfectly complement the verdant views beyond the floor-to-ceiling windows. A large walk-in wardrobe welcomes unhurried morning rituals, alongside the ensuite bathroom, which creates a sanctuary of calm, complete with a walk-in shower, freestanding bath, and tranquil garden views. A heated towel rail ensures towels are kept fluffy and warm.

Earthy tones adorn the second bedroom, where a king-size bed dressed in soft green and dusky pink furnishings takes centre stage, accompanied by a Smart TV for slow mornings and restful evenings. A fitted wardrobe provides ample space for storing your belongings. Complete with a rainfall shower and heated towel rail, the ensuite shower room is made for moments of spa-like serenity.

The third bedroom, adorned with cushions in inviting shades of green and black, encourages dream-filled slumber, with a sumptuous king-size bed to sink into after days spent exploring the Cotswolds. Dual aspect windows frame expansive views across the countryside, with a smart TV perfect for leisurely morning viewing from the comfort of cloud-soft linens. A hidden wardrobe promises ample storage space alongside a dressing table, creating a secluded spot for morning pampering. Watch the trees wistfully dance from the sleek shower room, complete with a rainfall shower and a heated towel rail.

With views across the outdoor pool, the fourth bedroom is an equally calming space, Treasures can be stored in the fitted wardrobes, while the ensuite is complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.

You will also find a WC beside the office on the ground floor.

Gym

Elevate your morning routines in the state-of-the-art gym, complete with a Peloton bike, WaterRower Original Series rowing machine, NOHrD Swing Weight Tower, and Viavito weight set, as well as yoga blocks and mats. Outdoor space

Outside, a private haven awaits, thoughtfully arranged across two tiers. On the lower terrace, a relaxed seating area beckons for after-dinner drinks as golden hour unfolds, alongside a Green Egg barbeque and an alfresco dining table, setting the scene for freshly grilled feasts beneath open skies. As dusk settles, sink into the warmth of the wood-fired hot tub, which comfortably accommodates eight. We know just how beautiful our retreats are and the moments of luxury living they promise, but don't simply take our word for it. Uncover the experience of our previous guests at Prosper:

This property is totally outstanding in every respect. It is without doubt the nicest place we have ever stayed. We were so relaxed. Its location surrounded by woods meant we were at one with nature. Grouse and pheasants on the lawn, birds of prey in the sky above you whilst you are swimming and the birdsong was like nothing we have ever experienced before. We really didn’t want to come home. A truly amazing property.

Fantastic house, very well equipped and cleaned to a high standard. ( cleaning team are excellent) Great little touches with high end soaps, hand cream etc. Robes would have been useful due to having a pool.

Location great with easy access. Would recommend.

Absolutely wonderful house! Amazingly decorated, beautiful finishing touches and the perfect location to explore the Cotswolds

Location was great, we used this house to film our commercial. Had plenty of space and great amenities. Lots of space for parking and aplenty of natural lighting. Got to meet the owners and they were really lovely people.

Booking the location was easy and accommodating. Will definitely book through this site in the future!

A fabulous property. We had 3 generations of family staying and it was perfect for spending time together - in an amazing setting - with great log fires. The views from the bedrooms were stunning. Would definitely want to return in the Summer to use the swimming pool!
