With views across the garden from the floor to ceiling windows, the lounge is a bright and airy space, brought together with a plush sofa, armchairs and soft furnishings in rich earthy tones. Settle in for snug evenings beside the Morso wood burner and relax in front of the large Smart TV, where you'll be spoilt for choice with streaming services, including Sky TV, Sky Movies and Netflix. There's also a soundbar to complete the ultimate cinematic experience. Built-in speakers are dotted throughout the ground floor and in the second and third bedrooms, allowing you to soundtrack your holiday playlist in Boutique luxury.

Retreat to the snug for magical evenings spent fireside, with a modern Morso wood burner and a large corner sofa, perfect for getting cosy and cocooning yourself in comforting linens after the sun has set. A large Smart TV sits beside the wood burner, boasting a host of streaming services and delights to keep you entertained, from Netflix to Sky TV, Sky Movies, and a Nintendo Switch dock for little ones and adults alike.

Should you need to escape to a quiet space to check over an email or two, you'll find a study perfectly positioned on the ground floor, complete with a fitted desk and storage, plus a leather office swivel chair.

To keep toes toasty and warm, underfloor heating can be found throughout the retreat. Please note that both floors have electric built in window blinds to ensure moments of unrivalled rest.

Eating and dining

A delight for gathering, the vast kitchen and dining space promises a breath-taking setting for lavish meals with your nearest and dearest. At the far side of the room sits the sleek, modern kitchen, with large windows to let the light pour in, plus a breakfast bar for watching your nominated chef at work. You'll find all you could possibly need to prepare tantalising feasts, with an induction hob, two electric ovens, plate warming drawers, microwave, dishwasher, and a built-in fridge. A washing machine and chest freezer can be found in the pantry, and for morning pick-me-ups of the freshly brewed variety, you'll find a Nespresso coffee machine, Quooker hot tap, plus a built-in bean to cup coffee machine - a delight for coffee aficionados.

Positioned beside the large sliding doors resides a grand rustic dining table for eight, with upholstered dining chairs in complementary tones. Make magical memories over champagne fuelled feasts, toasting to a long-awaited rendezvous with loved ones.

Sleeping and bathing

There are four equally breath-taking bedrooms at Prosper, all of which are located on the first floor.

The master bedroom is simply a dream, with an impressive super king size bed, backed with a forest green headboard. Luxurious linens and throws promise blissful moments of rest, with a colour palette which beautifully complements the verdant vistas from the floor to ceiling windows. The plush feature chair sits at the far side of the room, promising a heavenly setting to curl up with your latest page turner. Morning rituals are oh-so-heavenly at Prosper, with a large walk-in wardrobe complete with ample storage and a dressing table, the perfect pamper and beauty spot. You'll also find an ensuite bathroom, with a large walk-in rainfall shower and a freestanding bath, boasting marvellous views across the garden. In addition, a heated towel rail ensures towels are kept fluffy and warm.

With a textured feature wall in earthy tones, the second bedroom offers a delightful setting to relax at the end of the day, with a king size bed dressed in cushions and throws in soothing shades of blue and dusky pink taking pride of place. Enjoy moments of quietude with your favourite boxset, with the addition of a Smart TV, offering all of the must-have streaming services. For storing your belongings, you'll find a fitted wardrobe, with the addition of an ensuite shower room with heated towel rail, where you can enjoy wake-me-up moments under the rainfall shower.

The third bedroom, with cushions in inviting shades of burnt orange, olive green and mustard invites for dream filled slumbers, with a sumptuous king size bed to sink into after days spent exploring your surroundings. Dual aspect windows promise expansive views across the countryside, a magical sight to awake to on leisurely retreat mornings. Should you wish to tear your eyes from the verdant vistas, you'll also find a Smart TV, perfectly positioned to catch up on the morning's news as you enjoy a lingering lie-in. To the side of the bedroom, you'll find a hidden walk-in wardrobe, complete with plenty of storage space alongside a dressing table for pampering moments. Watch the trees wistfully dance from the sleek shower room, complete with a rainfall shower and a heated towel rail.

An equally calming space, the fourth bedroom offers flexible sleeping arrangements, with a zip-and-link super king bed which can also be set as twins. This room boasts views across the outdoor pool, igniting excitement for little ones eager to take a dip in the balmy cerulean water before them. Treasures can be stored in the fitted wardrobes, with the addition of an armchair for moments of calm. A fourth ensuite can be found tucked in the corner of the room, complete with a walk-in shower and a heated towel rail.

You will also find a WC beside the office on the ground floor.

Gym

On the ground floor, you'll find a state-of-the-art home gym, complete with a Peloton bike, Waterrower Original Series rowing machine, Nohrd Swing Weight tower, Viavito weight set, plus yoga blocks, mats, and bolster cushions. There is also find a drinks refrigerator for refreshing pick-me-ups after your morning workout.

Outdoor space

Step outside to uncover an alfresco paradise, split across two levels. On the lower level resides a relaxed seating area, perfect for savouring after dinner drinks as you catch the last of the evening light, plus a Weber gas barbeque and large contemporary dining table which comfortably seats eight. Also positioned on the lower level is the electric wood-fired hot tub, from which you can soak up breath-taking vistas of the star-studded skies above as the night draws in. A set of stone steps lead you to the beautifully manicured garden, which is perfect for allowing little ones and four-legged friends to play freely. The pièce de resistance is the 10m heated pool, complete with four sun loungers and a large parasol, set in prime position to soak up the sun on balmy days. Please note that the outdoor pool is available between April and October inclusive.

Parking

Ample off-road parking can be found on the private driveway, accessed via an electronic secure coded gate, with the addition of an Andersen A2 EV charger for charging electric vehicles.

Babies and children

Babies and children are most welcome at Prosper. A travel cot and highchair are available on request, along with plastic crockery and cutlery, a microwave steriliser, and stairgates.

Dogs

Up to two small - medium sized dogs are welcome at Prosper. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break. Dog bowls, beds and towels are provided to ensure your pampered pooch has a restful retreat.

In the Area

Nestled on the outskirts of Chipping Campden, Prosper is only a short distance from an array of postcard-pretty towns and villages, dotted with honey-hued cottages and promising old-world charm like no other. Broadway and Chipping Campden are well worth visiting, with award-winning restaurants, independent boutiques and delectable delis in abundance. Explore Broadway Tower and soak up far-reaching vistas from The Cotswold's highest castle, before retreating to Russell's of Broadway, as recommended in the Michelin Guide, for a spot of fine dining. Chipping Campden's luxurious interior shops will have you dreaming of a home renovation project, from Cotswold Luxe to Sam Wilson. Take home cherished pieces to forever remind you of your dream staycation at Prosper. Nearby Moreton-in-Marsh is a must-visit, with a weekly market and a host of independent coffee shops, including Martha's, Otis & Belle and Huffkins. Perfect for little ones, and those young at heart, Cotswolds Farm Park is only a 15-mintue drive away, promising a fun-filled day out for all.
