Living and eating

Step insider to uncover a bright, open plan living and kitchen space, where country charm and rustic details blend with quirky interior pieces, including an Aztec-print ottoman. A large, charcoal grey corner sofa and a snug armchair offer the cosiest of spots to indulge in your favourite box set on the Smart TV with Netflix, whilst a sheepskin-draped window seat is a snug nook to lounge with a paper in soft, afternoon sunlight. For entertainment, there are plenty of board games, books, and a Marshall radio.

Residing in the centre of this space is a stylish, concrete-topped dining table for six, where breakfast banquets and indulgent suppers await.

In the fully equipped kitchen, pretty geometric tiling and bespoke, sage-toned cabinets make for a dreamlike place to create culinary treasures. You'll find all you need for rustling up feasts, including an oven with a hob, Nespresso coffee machine, a microwave, dishwasher, fridge, and a freezer.

Guests will be able to use the private Laundry Room which is located across the courtyard.

Sleeping & Bathing

Discover the master bedroom, where tones of midnight blue and mustard promise a serene setting to slumber. A king-sized bed awaits, topped with luxurious linens, whilst settled in the corner is the stunning, clawfoot bathtub, a breath-taking spot for bubble-topped moments. Surrounded by a multitude of sumptuous leather seating options is the wood burning stove - a unique addition to this heavenly space. For storage, you'll find a built-in wardrobe and a chest of drawers.

Through the adjoining door is the contemporary en suite, promising geometric feature tiling and a spacious walk-in shower.

Equally romantic with rustic beams and a red-brick feature wall, is the second bedroom. This gorgeous space offers a king-sized bed, two beside tables an occasional leather armchair and a vintage chest of drawers.

Just next door is a modern en suite, complete with a walk-in shower for rejuvenating wake ups.
