Living

Step into a homely open plan living area, a vibrant yet calming space with finishing touches that compliment the owner's botanical artwork beautifully. Cosy up on the plush sofa and keep toes toasty and warm by the flickering wood burner as you catch up on your latest Netflix series on the Smart TV. Reconnect with your inner calm as you retreat to the comfort of one of the upholstered occasional chairs with your favourite tipple in hand, taking in the luscious leafy vistas through the large sash windows. You'll also find a bookcase with a selection of books to enjoy moments of quietude amongst soothing surroundings.

Eating

The sleek kitchen is a dream to cook in, with deep ocean blue units, silky white worktops and a sociable kitchen island at the centre. You'll find all you'll need to rustle up culinary delights, with an electric oven, ceramic induction hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and a Tassimo coffee machine for wake-me-up moments of the freshly brewed variety. There's also a washing machine and tumble drier. Bi-fold doors open onto the patio, letting in a warm and welcoming breeze on balmy summer days.

You'll find a lovely round refectory dining table for four within the open plan living space, perfect for hosting intimate meals with your nearest and dearest.

Sleeping and bathing

The master bedroom with verdant views boasts a sumptuous super king-sized, with a patterned teal headboard. Striking artwork curated by the owner beautifully compliments the otherwise neutral tones, creating the perfect space for ultimate relaxation. There are two cute bedside tables, a wardrobe and a dressing table. Next door, you'll find the master bedroom's bathroom, which has a darling slipper bath and a separate walk-in overhead rainfall shower, with tiled walls in shades of grey.

The soothing second bedroom is dressed in soft blue hues, with plush twin beds, making it a superb room for friends or little ones. There's plenty of storage, with built in wardrobes, plus a darling dressing table and bedside tables. The stylish en suite shower room is perfect for wake me up ablutions, with grey and charcoal marbled tiling and a walk-in overhead rainfall shower.

All beds come swathed in luxurious linens, marshmallow-soft bedding, with sumptuous cushions and throws for the most restful of slumbers.

Outdoor space

Step outside to uncover a tranquil garden space, which wraps around the beautiful abode. Here, you'll find two sets of tables and chairs, with the addition of a charcoal barbecue for savouring meals alfresco on balmy summer days. A bubbling hot tub awaits to the side of the property for moments of ultimate relaxation, plus two sun loungers for soaking up the afternoon rays. Cosy inside-outside living awaits in the summerhouse, with a coffee table and sofa, the perfect space for curling up and getting lost in your latest page turner.
