Living
In a spacious, open-plan design, the living area of Brigantine is a picture of coastal perfection. Bathed in natural light from floor-to-ceiling windows and dressed in soothing tones, this soulful setting is a dream for tranquil hours throughout the day. Cosy into the sumptuous sofa or one of the two pinstripe snuggle chairs and forget the world for a while. Providing entertainment is an easel-mounted Smart TV, while adorning the walls are tasteful nautical inflections. Immerse in a favourite show or set a soothing soundtrack on the Bluetooth speaker and simply gaze out the window, relishing the heavenly panoramas and mesmeric horizon beyond.
Eating and dining
Flowing into the living area, the beautifully curated kitchen features an open-plan design framed by bay views. At the centre, an oak-topped kitchen island is complemented by four stools, perfect for gathering over leisurely brunches and evening aperitifs. Carefully integrated throughout, an array of Bosch appliances provides everything you need for crafting delectable repasts with the finest West Country fare, while open shelves and generous worktops promise ample space for culinary creativity. Pop corks around the kitchen island, before gathering in the dining nook to savour flavoursome feasts with a backdrop of ocean blues. On balmy days, patio doors can be opened to embrace a salt-flecked sea breeze and the best of indoor-outdoor living.
Sleeping and bathing
Brigantine features two sea-view bedrooms, one of which is ensuite, and an additional bathroom.
A restful sanctuary for repose, the first bedroom features a beautiful double bed enswathed in the finest linens and uninterrupted views over the ocean. Dressed in maritime hues, its calming palette harmonises with the spellbinding scenes beyond the window, with shades of blue and stone. A chest of drawers, built-in wardrobe, and hanging rail provide space to stow belongings, while an ensuite bathroom with a rainfall shower and heated towel rail promises utmost comfort.
Brigantine's second bedroom is home to a comfortable double bed, complemented by enchanting sea vistas and ocean-inspired artwork. Immerse in lingering lie-ins as ocean sighs drift through the window and the sea's chorus sets a hypnotic soundtrack. Opposite this bedroom, an additional bathroom can be found, complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail for the softest embrace.
Outdoor space
Uncover the sun-soaked deck that overlooks the otherworldly oceanscapes of Whitsand Bay. A secret sanctuary throughout the day, this clifftop gem is an enchanting place to rest and reset. Parking
Roadside parking is available near Brigantine.
Dogs
Brigantine welcomes two dogs, and an outdoor shower and hose are available for sandy paws. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
Babies and children
Children and one baby are most welcome at Brigantine. A travel cot and highchair are available upon request.
