We had a brilliant stay. Fantastic property and really enjoyed exploring the area. Thank you.

Really great cottage. Everything nicely presented, clean and of good standard. Made a great base for exploring the local area. We have dined out in different locations, nice restaurants in close proximity and we have been made to feel very welcome. We have had a super stay, the cottage is lovely.

What a clean, neat and well furnished home. A perfectly comfortable and colourful home for a long weekend away from London. We feel rested and refreshed. The kids loved the free standing tub as well - what a treat! Thank you so much.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. A gorgeous cottage with amazing decor and furnishings. The freestanding bath is the best! We loved the ultra convenient location and the friendly pony neighbours. Thank you again, we will look back very fondly on our stay.

We had a wonderful stay over Christmas at Smallford cottage. We are here from Boston Massachusetts, visiting family in Southampton. This cottage was just the right size for a family of four, very comfortable and clean, and convenient. We loved seeing the donkeys and houses. Walking into town was so easy and we liked eating at the battery and the Huntsman. Thank you so much for the Christmas tree, decorations and presents. The children loved it and felt like a true Christmas while away from home.

Lovely well-equipped house for annual New Forest stay. Great forest walks. We had some great food at the various restaurants including The Pig, but the absolute family favourite was the Thai Britannia just up the road in Brockenhurst. well worth a visit. So all in all a great time had by all. Thank you.

Our third visit and it was just as amazing. Excellent house in fantastic surroundings. Perfect retreat for walking, chilling, and eating out Enzee and Dynasty being excellent. We had the most amazing week. Looking forward to being back in February.

Great stay. Awesome riding for two weeks. A hot tap to wash the bikes was luxury. Will definitely return.

Great house, great location- it had everything the four of us needed. We have had an absolutely lovely time at Mizzle. We cannot fault a thing. It has been a home from home and we reluctantly leave tomorrow. We enjoyed Lymington, Brockenhurst, Hurst castle as well as the Isle of Wight. We would love to return.

As a family we have stayed in holiday homes the length and breadth of the UK. Mizzle is without a doubt the very best. Excellent furnishings, lovely garden, beautifully kept and immaculately clean. Our family have had a wonderful four days.

A wonderful countryside weekend getaway. Mizzle was beautifully kept and had everything our family needed. The donkeys in town were an added bonus - thank you!!

A great stay in this very comfortaqble and well appointed cottage. The location in this delightful village of Brockenhurst with so much right on the doorstep - The New Forest, its walks in nature and along the coast made for a wonderful holiday. The weather was just the icing on the cake. We will for sure be back.

Thank you so much for opening your home to us. We are a family of four, 2 adults and two girls aged 7 and 5. We had a wonderful time. The girls loved their room and rabbit lights and we really appreciated how organised and well-equipped the house was. This is one of the nicest homes we have been fortunate to stay in.

A lovely property in a perfect location.

Mizzle was a wonderful base for a holiday with our friends. The cottage was of an excellent standard, without exception. Very well-equipped and attention to detail. Tastefully decorated and the location was superb for a New Forest weekend stay, including close access to restaurants, pubs, golf course, park run, and wonderful spa amenities.

Our third Boutique Retreat this year and by far the best. An immaculate and modern cottage where we all enjoyed our stay. Fittings and furnishings were all to a very high standard. Well appointed for five adults and two small children.

Impeccable, beautiful accommodation with wonderful walks on your doorstep. Could not ask for more.
