We know how gorgeous our retreats are, but don’t just take our word for it – here’s what previous guests say about Carrington Lodge:

Fantastic property, beautiful interior with everything you would need. Great location, spent my husband’s birthday week there and had the best time.

A charming property that’s conveniently located for those wishing to explore the delights of the New Forest and Hampshire coast.

Lovely accommodation, good location, would definitely recommend.

Lovely cottage, great location, comfortable and had everything we could have needed

We had a great stay. Really enjoyed Carrington Lodge and the surrounding area.

Gorgeous cottage with every amenity provided. Super comfortable bed and great hot tub. Great pubs within walking range. I’d totally recommend Carrington Lodge for a weekend away.

Excellent property . Hard to find better .

Lovely cottage & fab welcome hamper. Easy walk to the village centre which has lots of cafes & restaurants. Really enjoyed my stay. Thanks

Everything from start to finish was great. Booking was easy, everything was as described. We felt we had a lovely escape from normality and loved the tranquility of the location but also the close proximity to amenities. Thank you

Lovely cottage, beautifully decorated and furnished. Full of very nice touches and a pretty garden.

Lovely place. Our second stay.

Lovely cottage, good location, thank you

We needed a relaxing stay and Carringdon Lodge was the perfect cottage for it. We spent our time around the fire, and walking on the very nice beach not 10min from the cottage. Would highly recommend

don't delay book this holiday

This was a wonderful property, well equipped and organised.

Fabulous stay in this lovely cottage. A great place to relax and recharge

Very impressed with the cottage. We’ve stayed at a couple of your competitors before and this is the only one that lived up to the listing. Looking forward to booking with you again.

The perfect romantic getaway

Beautifully appointed property inside and out with every luxury you could imagine.

Beautiful lodge and garden . We had a great relaxing week there with excellent weather. It was furnished well with everything you could possibly need. Being a cottage the stairs are rather steep but we were fine with them

An amazing stay at Carrington Lodge. A five minute walk to a fantastic beach, which Ted our labradoodle loved, the village green is the hub of this little village and used by all. It was such a pleasure to enjoy a glass of wine from The Cave (local wine bar and tapas) and watch the world go by. Fish and chips from Mister Pinks is also a must. Would highly recommend this to any couple or small family so much to do and see. Big thanks to Sally the Housekeeper and Alison the owner for sorting out a problem with the Hot tub so quickly.

The cottage is very well equity and makes it feel like a very special place to stay.

Sumptuous and comfortable. Some lovely touches provided by the owner.

A really lovely cottage. Very well appointed and would certainly recommend.

A beautifully presented and comfortable cottage in a lovely village, close to the seaside and The New Forest. We totally loved our stay here.

Very comfortable. Fabulous bed . Home from home . Every small detail was thought of to ensure our stay was memorable

A lovely cottage, spacious and well decorated. Very warm and perfect for two people and a dog!

This mid terrace cottage is very nicely furnished and well finished, beware the very steep staircase. The local facilities in Milford, all within walking distance are excellent.

It’s beautifully designed ,very small though we have clearly spoilt ourselves with bigger places previously! We were also unlucky with the weather ! It has everything you need and a cosy atmosphere.

Beautiful cottage with a truly superb interior. Location excellent for beach walks and walks in the New Forest. Always a treat to come back to the log burner in the gorgeous cottage. So lovely that it was dog friendly too.

The location was very nice. The cottage was very nicely decorated, linen was beautiful, bathrobes, etc... We really enjoyed our stay at the cottage.

Carrington Lodge is a cosy, extremely comfortable little house which is stylishly presented. We loved coming back to the warmth of the log burner and hot tub after busy days out . It is well situated for some lovely coastal walks, and there are some good places to eat nearby.

We had the most perfect break, the decor in the cottage was beautiful. Carrington Lodge is a delight and we can’t wait to return.

We had a terrific time at Carrington Lodge. The house has been decorated beautifully and is an extremely generous size for two people. There are thoughtful touches throughout, starting with the lovely welcome tray (including fizz!). All the linen etc is great quality, which makes you feel you are in the lap of luxury. There's everything you could possibly need in the kitchen. There's a lot to do in the area and a HUGE smart tv if you fancy some down time. The log burner is very cozy and extremely effective! There are first rate places to eat in the area - with some in walking distance.

Such a beautiful home, love the decor throughout and the garden and hot tub very welcome additions! Pup loved running around the enclosed garden. Would love to visit again in the summer :)

Lovely unique stay in a very nice area. 10 min walk to the seafront. Thoughtful interior decor and very comfortable bed and sofa. TV and fireplace were excellent.

We had a wonderful week at Carrington Lodge. The location was perfect for us, with great coastal walks from our doorstep plus the New Forest in easy reach, and shops, restaurants and the bus route just a few minutes’ walk away. We loved the styling and layout of the house, and the garden was a delight. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedroom extremely comfortable. We definitely plan to return!

We loved this charming, cozy cottage. it was tastefully furnished with everything you could want, including a very comfortable bed. We loved our short stay in the lovely village and have every intention of returning for a longer visit.

A lovely retreat, A well decorated cottage, that was comfortable, clean & had all we needed. With the changing season it's been great to use the log burner. The attention to detail in decor and style is truly superb. The house is in a lovely area.

As always Boutique Retreats have not let me down. A beautiful house with a stunning garden. I could have stayed far longer! The location is great for walks along the sea or jump in the car and head into the forest. Saltwater Cafe is just around the corner for an amazing breakfast and there’s a gorgeous shop called No 64 where you can buy similar decorative pieces to Carrington Lodge. The hot tub is fab and the garden is beautiful. The property was a real treat to stay in and we had a wonderfully relaxed long weekend.
