Living

Seek heavenly moments in the beautiful living area of Avona where calming hues and stunning sea views set a soul-stirring backdrop. Neutral tones with notes of blue complement the vast ocean vistas outside, promising a serene space for hours of quietude and conversation alike. Settle into one of the four sumptuous armchairs or four-seater sofa by Neptune and bask in the soft light from French doors. Exuding timeless charm, antique console tables rest in cosy corners, while a Samsung Frame TV resides above the fireplace with a Sonos Arc for endless entertainment. For those peaceful afternoons lost between pages, coffee table books await for fireside inspiration, gently illuminated by remote-controlled lamps and Pooky wall lights.

Across the hall lies the beautiful snug, decorated in dark shades for a restful ambience. Embrace cosy moments on the four-seater Neptune sofa in linen tones and enjoy an intimate, immersive cinema experience with the Samsung Smart TV and Sonos surround sound. Framing the TV, a bespoke built-in bookcase creates a regal feature wall, home to board games and books for evenings gathered with loved ones.

Eating and dining

A charming open-plan kitchen and dining area in neutral shades and touches of forest green invites gourmet rituals throughout the day. A beautiful space, the kitchen is set beneath exposed beams, offering mesmeric sea views and a modern rustic design. Carefully integrated into handmade cabinetry are a range of Miele appliances, complemented by generous granite worktops and an array of accoutrements. You'll find everything you'll need for culinary crafting, including two ovens, a separate hob, a dishwasher and an air fryer. Meanwhile, a separate pantry area provides plenty of space to store favourite fresh local produce for home-cooked feasts.

Curate moments of culinary creativity around the kitchen island and craft flavoursome repasts, from leisurely brunches savoured on the balcony to candlelit dinners in the dining space. With a dining table for eight, as well as an additional outdoor seating area, delicious meals and alfresco toasts can be cherished together in all seasons.

Sleeping and bathing

Avona is home to four darling bedrooms, two ensuites, and a family bathroom.

A restful space, the master bedroom beckons with a Neptune super king bed and mesmeric ocean views. A soft palette dresses the walls, while organic inflections imbue calm throughout. Providing space for belongings are built-in wardrobes and a dressing table. Step through the wardrobe into the secret marble ensuite bathroom, where peaceful pampering and a walk-in shower await.

Enticing for heavenly repose, the second bedroom is home to a king-size Neptune bed draped in luxurious linens for nights of slumber. Tranquil tones adorn the third bedroom, where plump cushions and cosy throws embellish a Load double bed.

Completing the picture, the fourth bedroom is ideal for children or friends and can be found in the eaves with characterfully vaulted ceilings. A charming room, it features twin beds topped with cloud-soft duvets, and also enjoys an ensuite bathroom. Perfect for self-care rituals, this bathroom benefits from a freestanding rolltop bath in shades of white and blue, idyllic for soothing soaks under the skylight.

An additional family bathroom lies on the first floor, complete with a walk-in shower and heated towel rail.
