Nestled in the rolling countryside of north Cornwall and just a few miles from Padstow, Rock and the Camel Estuary, Trevear Estate is a perfect backdrop for your gathering. Just 20 minutes from Newquay Airport, it's easily reachable too. Five stunning retreats make up the estate, all have been lovingly restored, with quality and comfort being top priority. There's a host of facilities here such as use of an indoor swimming pool, steam room and gym, plus a function room and honesty bar, whilst the owners are on hand to provide any other service you might need.
Trevear Shoot Room
If you would like to dine together as a group there's a spacious function room available, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, wood burner and cloakroom, ideal for special celebration gatherings. Private catering can be organised for you, from canapés and champagne to a full dining experience - just get in touch to discuss your requirements. There will be an additional charge of £100 per holiday for use of Trevear Shoot Room.
Living
Spacious sofas provide plenty of space to stretch out on. Wood burning stoves and under floor heating throughout are on hand to keep things cosy whilst large TVs with DVD player and a full Sky package offer entertainment when you just need to switch off for a while. Everything is light and airy, whilst Jethro Jackson artwork adorns each property along with glassware by Jo Downs and ceramics by Paul Jackson.
Eating
You'll find a super-equipped kitchen at each retreat. Bespoke and handmade, they come with fabulous cabinets, cool granite worktops, electric oven, gas hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher, washer/dryer, Nespresso machine (plus pods), Aeroccino milk frother and enough gadgets to satisfy even the most demanding of chefs. Trevear Farm produce their own meat, which is available to buy on site - perfect for BBQs and Sunday roasts. If you want to eat together, there's a spacious function room available, ideal for gatherings. We can organise catering for you, from canapés and champagne to a full dining experience - just get in touch to discuss your requirements. Alternatively, being so close to Padstow, you'll not be short of amazing places to eat out. With Paul Ainsworth, Rick Stein and Nathan Outlaw on your doorstep, we can happily arrange transport for you.
Sleeping
Each of the properties have stunning bedrooms with gorgeous bespoke furniture in Farrow and Ball colours, super soft furnishings and under floor heating.
Trevear Mill House - Bedroom 1 with super-king size bed and en suite shower-room. Bedroom 2 with super-king size bed and use of the large bathroom with separate shower. Bedroom 3 with zip and link bed (super-king size or twin beds) and en suite shower-room.
Trevear Shippen - Bedroom 1 with super-king size bed and en suite with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 with super-king size bed and use of the family shower-room. Bedroom 3 with zip and link bed (super-king size or twin beds) and use of the family shower-room.
Trevear Linhay - Bedroom 1 with super-king size bed and en suite with bath and shower. Bedroom 2 with super-king size bed and use of the family shower-room. Bedroom 3 with zip and link bed (super-king size or twin beds) and use of the family shower-room.
Trevear Lodge - Bedroom 1 with super-king size bed and en suite shower-room. Bedroom 2 with zip and link bed (super-king size or twin beds) and use of the family bathroom.

Bathing
Trevear Shippen and Trevear Linhay have two bathrooms - one en suite to the master bedroom with shower and bath, plus an additional family bathroom which also has a shower and bath.
Trevear Mill House has en suite shower rooms to two of the bedrooms whilst there is a further family bathroom with shower and bath.
Trevear Lodge has an en suite shower room and a further family bathroom with bath and shower.
Trevear Hayloft has a bathroom wth walk in shower and bath.
All come with gorgeously thick, fluffy towels and Molton Brown toiletries.
Outside space
At Trevear Mill House there's a lovely private patio and a raised lawn. Trevear Shippen and Trevear Linhay each have a large, enclosed patio whilst to the back there's a courtyard shared by all three properties. Trevear Lodge has a terrace which encloses the house and a fully enclosed garden.Trevear Hayloft has a private patio next to the house with breathtaking country views.
All have their own barbeque and plenty of furniture for dining al fresco.
Facilities
First and foremost, there is use of an incredible indoor swimming pool, heated to a perfect temperature. Surrounded by glass, the views are just stunning whilst in finer weather you can make use of the huge sun deck which overlooks the glorious rolling countryside – this spot is perfect for a cocktail reception or for just soaking up the sun. There is also a separate steam room, to help you unwind.
Along with the pool there is a fantastic gym facility for all the onsite Trevear residents. It includes running machines, rowing machines, a peloton bike, smith machine and dumbbells and kettlebells, fit for whatever kind of exercise you are in too. This all can be enjoyed by listening to the perfect gym playlist on the inbuilt speaker system.
In the gym lobby you will also find a bike rack so if you fancy bringing your bikes down for your holiday there is somewhere to store them for your stay. There is also the perfect space to book yourself some “me” time and have a little pamper in our treatment room.
Please ensure when using all outdoor areas, the pool, steam room, gym and swimming pool that children are supervised by an adult. All guests must follow at all times the safety recommendations detailed in each of the properties. Each of the properties is jam-packed with everything you need for your stay. If you have children with you, there are high chairs, cots, stair gates, sterilisers and children’s cutlery and kitchenware available for your use. The owners can help to arrange childcare too.
If you have dogs staying with you, don’t worry about leaving them should you want to go out for the night – we can also recommend dog sitters.

Each property has WiFi so you can keep in touch with the outside world if you need to.
Dogs
Up to two dogs are welcome at Trevear Mill House, Trevear Shippen, Trevear Linhay and Trevear Lodge. One dog is welcome at Trevear Hayloft. Please note, there is an additional fee per dog, per week or short break.
