Living

Apple Blossom's stunning lounge beckons for slow living moments away from the everyday. Tastefully harmonising heritage features with modern comforts, it presents a heavenly space framed with authentic wooden beams and showcasing a rustic stone fireplace. Exuding tranquillity, neutral shades embrace the walls, while picturesque alcove windows allow natural light to bathe the room. For comfort, two deep Loaf sofas and a cosy armchair in grey gather around the coffee table and wood burning stove. Promising moments of mindfulness, a Loaf desk provides space for creativity, while for evening entertainment, a surround-sound cinematic system and a 4K HD TV await.

Eating and dining

The welcoming kitchen is a picture of cottage-core perfection, tempting for culinary creation and relaxed conversation. Full of country cottage charm, it features terracotta flagstone floors, a calming colour palette, and exposed wooden beams. Potted plants add pops of greenery and tasteful embellishments infuse style and character. For curating feasts, a Stoves seven-ring gas range with a double oven and a cast iron griddle plate tempts the chefs, while oak-topped work surfaces and a double Belfast sink afford plenty of space for preparation. Cream cupboards grace the walls and stow an array of accoutrements, complemented by a separate utility room. For fresh café au lait in the morning, a Nespresso coffee machine can also be savoured.

Overhead lamps cast atmospheric lighting over the kitchen's dining table. A wonderful space for gathering over leisurely breakfasts and evening repasts, offering plenty of space for everyone.

Sleeping and bathing

Apple Blossom House is home to three beautifully presented bedrooms sleeping up to six.

The first bedroom, the stunning master suite, is a veritable haven with white hues elegantly contrasted with wood floors and rustic beams. Taking centre, a super-king bed proposes restful repose, dressed in the highest quality linens. Sink between the cloud-soft sheets or take a seat on the sumptuous armchair or windowseat to gaze out at the garden views. This bedroom is complete with a walk-in wardrobe for stowing treasures and a Fired Earth ensuite bathroom with a shower and heated towel rail.

The characterful second bedroom resides on the first floor and radiates charm with authentic cottage details. Exposed beams embrace heritage, while alcove detailing adds to the timeless charm. For nighttime serenity, a French-inspired king-size bed is bedecked in the finest linens and topped with cushions and throws. For daydream moments, a comfortable armchair rests next to the window and affords beautiful views over the trees.

A restful sanctuary, the third bedroom is just perfect for little ones. A winsome retreat from the day with sloping cottage walls and an alcove window, it's an idyllic space to seek quietude and rest. Catering to all guests, it features a zip-and-link bed that can be arranged as a twin or a super-king as required. This pretty bedroom is finished with an armchair, as well as a large wardrobe for hanging belongings.

You can find a family bathroom in soft blush tones on the first floor. For the most soothing soaks, this bathroom is home to a free-standing rolltop bath with a hand-held showerhead. Keeping towels warm and fluffy is a heated towel rail.

Outdoor space

Surrounded by private grounds and a patchwork of fields, the outdoor space of Apple Blossom House is a delight. Step outside and follow flower-framed pathways through wild meadows and fruit tree orchards. For soul-soothing moments in nature, picnics can be savoured, while moments can be lost to time reading and relaxing under sun-dappled branches on the lawn. Little ones and canine companions will love exploring the grounds and woodlands, while the grown-ups will be drawn to the wood-fired hot tub. Seek timeless adventures within the rewilded grounds, before sinking into the warmth of the hot tub to unwind. To gather together as golden hour draws in, barbecue banquets and bottles on ice can be shared around the outdoor table and chairs.

Stargazing

For the seekers of celestial enchantment, Apple Blossom House resides within an idyllic valley location. A dream for stargazing, the lack of local light pollution ensures countless stars can be seen throughout the year for unforgettable dark skies displays. Gaze up at the cosmos and look out for well-known constellations, as well as the magical brush of the Milky Way.

Parking

There is plenty of private parking outside the front of the cottage. There is also an untethered, 7.4kW, type 2 electric charging point for guests' use.
